PT Solusi Maknah Indonesia (SMI)

is a forward-looking Indonesian company specializing in renewable energy, environmental solutions, and sustainable industrial development.

Established in 2025 and headquartered in Jakarta, SMI is built on a strong foundation of integrated capabilities, delivering end-to-end solutions across energy production, waste management, and industrial ecosystem development.

SMI is a joint venture between PT Solusi Energindo Inovasi and PT Maknah Group Indonesia, combining complementary expertise and resources to accelerate the development of impactful and scalable solutions.

With Indonesia entering a critical phase of energy transition and industrial expansion, SMI positions itself as a strategic partner for government institutions, investors, and private sector stakeholders seeking impactful, scalable, and sustainable projects.

Our Leadership

Alfatiha Baharnuradi
Commissioner

Alfatiha is an Indonesian business professional with experience in the energy and industrial sectors since 2006.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions across the energy and shipping services industries, developing extensive expertise in business development, industrial operations, and strategic management. He has also served as a Commissioner of publicly listed companies within the energy and shipping sectors.

He is the Founder and CEO of Maknah Group Indonesia, a diversified business group with operations spanning energy, industrial solutions, trading, and sustainable development initiatives. Under his leadership, Maknah Group continues to expand its focus toward environmentally responsible industries, renewable energy development, and long-term sustainable growth.

As part of PT Solusi Maknah Indonesia (SMI), Alfatiha plays a key role in driving the company’s vision of developing integrated sustainable industrial solutions and supporting Indonesia’s transition toward a greener future.

Daichi Ikegami
Managing Director

Daichi Ikegami is the Managing Director of PT Solusi Maknah Indonesia (SMI), leading the company’s vision to become a key player in Indonesia’s renewable energy and sustainable industrial development sector.

With a strong background in strategic business development, energy solutions, and industrial partnerships, Daichi brings a forward-thinking leadership approach focused on innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation. His leadership emphasizes building integrated ecosystems that connect renewable energy, environmental management, and industrial growth into scalable and impactful solutions.

Daichi plays a central role in developing strategic collaborations with government institutions, investors, and private sector partners to accelerate clean energy adoption and sustainable infrastructure projects across Indonesia.

Under his direction, SMI is actively advancing initiatives in:
- Renewable energy development
- Biomass and Waste-to-Energy projects
- Green industrial estate development
- Environmental and resource management systems
- Sustainable investment partnerships

Rr. Wulansari Suharto
Director

Rr. Wulansari Suharto serves as the Director of PT Solusi Maknah Indonesia (SMI), where she plays a strategic role in driving the company’s growth, partnership development, and long-term business vision within the renewable energy and sustainable industrial sectors.

Known for her strong leadership, visionary mindset, and people-centered approach, Wulansari brings a dynamic perspective to the company’s mission of building impactful and sustainable solutions for Indonesia’s future. Her leadership focuses on creating meaningful collaboration between industry, government, investors, and communities to accelerate sustainable development initiatives.

With a passion for innovation and empowerment, Wulansari believes that sustainable business is not only about economic growth, but also about creating positive impact for society and future generations.

Bulan P. Dewi Legini, S.H., M.Kn.
Legal Director

Bulan Legini is an experienced corporate legal professional with more than 20 years of expertise in corporate, commercial, and financial law. Throughout her career, she has advised on a wide range of strategic business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining PT Solusi Maknah Indonesia (SMI), she built extensive experience working with several prominent law firms in Jakarta. Her legal expertise also extends to property law, family law, and aviation-related transactions involving private aircraft acquisitions and financing arrangements with international financial institutions.

She holds a Master’s degree in Notary Public from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Trisakti University, Jakarta. Ms. Legini is also a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
